Anjanette has an extensive background in banking, bookkeeping, and compliance. Her professional experience in these areas makes her a valued asset at Riggin & Company. She is well equipped to handle real estate transactions and investments and provide compliance reviews. Her vast knowledge in real estate allows her to train our agents and offer support and advice to the Riggin team. She is a proud wife, mother of three, a dedicated workmate, and an avid coffee drinker. She enjoys volunteering and serving on the PTO at Wheatland Elementary and Andover Middle School. When she is not working with her husband, Rusty, to expand their business, you will find her doing more of what she loves, cooking, gardening, reading, and cheering on K-State Wildcats and the Saints!
Nolan was raised on his family’s farming and ranching operation in north-central Kansas and is part of the fifth generation to work and enjoy the land that his family settled on in the 1890s. The operation consists of a registered seed stock program, a commercial cattle feeding yard, and grain farming. He and his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Leah and Noah, reside on the family ranch near Lost Springs, KS.
Nolan's personal and professional experiences allow him to help manage client land holdings and maximize their goals. Whether it’s tillable ground, pasture, or farms with improvements, he can guide his clients through the process of buying or selling.
